Growing up in the Upstate, Kenneth brings a deep understanding of the Greenville market and the communities that make it such a great place to call home. Originally from Greer and a graduate of Riverside High School, he has lived throughout the area, from Taylors to downtown Greenville, and now calls Fountain Inn home, where he purchased his house in 2020.
Before transitioning into real estate, Kenneth built a strong foundation working alongside real estate investors, helping identify and secure their next investment opportunities. He also gained valuable experience working with a business brokerage focused on the food and beverage industry, giving him a unique perspective on evaluating value, negotiating deals, and understanding client goals.
Today, Kenneth serves buyers and sellers across Greenville and the greater Upstate, bringing a client-first approach to every transaction. Known for being efficient, diligent, and timely, he works hard to ensure his clients feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. He believes real estate is about being a guide through the home owner journey. His role is to listen, advocate, and help clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.
As part of the KORE KW team, Kenneth combines personalized service with the strength and resources of a collaborative group, ensuring every client receives the attention they deserve along with the backing of a results-driven team.
Outside of real estate, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his two daughters and their Dalmatian puppy. Whether it’s skateboarding, spending days on the lake, or traveling together as a family, he values creating meaningful experiences and bringing that same sense of care and connection into his work with clients.
Kenneth’s goal is simple: to make every client feel heard, understood, and confident, knowing they have someone in their corner who truly has their best interests at heart.
